About the Position

This W2 employee entry-level apprenticeship position earns a competitive starting wage during training, based on experience and performance. Regular raises are dependent on testing and performance – within the first year of employment, pay will increase plus bonuses.

Job Requirements

• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and routine drug screenings
• Fluency in English and legal eligibility to work in the US
• General technological fluency and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable climbing on ladders and working on roofs
• Comfortable working in hot summers and cold winters
• Comfortable talking with customers

We’re also looking for someone with a strong character and high levels of integrity. This includes: a strong work ethic, personal accountability, good personality and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and solid critical thinking skills.

Previous customer service experience, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.

Technical skills, sales, and/or teaching/educational experience are a bonus, but not required.
